Statement of Support
“I wholeheartedly support this important initiative of establishing a Christian University for Australia. I believe that such a university would be a critical addition to the tertiary education landscape in Australia, which I believe has long suffered from the lack of a strong and legitimate Christian voice in the academic and social policy discourse.
Having completed studies myself in a mix of secular universities and Christian theological and ministry colleges, I also believe that providing students with the opportunity to undertake all (or even part) of their academic journey within a Christian context, will better equip them to competently and confidently pursue their chosen professions, whilst remaining true to their faith.”
