Professional Biography
Roland is a Project Management Professional with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. His work experience has mainly been in the oil and gas industry spanning almost 25 years. He has worked with major oil and gas corporations which included ExxonMobil, Santos (Australia), Sinopec (China) and BP. He holds a Master in Business Administration with University of Newcastle, NSW and a Master of Project Management with University of Adelaide, SA. He is also a Chartered Professional Engineer with Engineers Australia, Register Professional Engineer with Queensland Board of Engineers and certified Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute, USA.
Roland is currently consulting in the project and financial advisory areas focusing in financial management, risk management, asset management and facility development.
Roland migrated to Australia in 2005 via the professional skilled migration having been accessed and
approved with a multiple entry visa. He has taken up Australian Citizenship and presently lives on the northside of Brisbane with his wife Sheila. Their three children Royce, Renae and Reianna are studying at University of Queensland.
